2021.12.04 01:22 HamanSharma Top Paying IT Certifications going into 2022

New year brings new resolutions. It is almost 2022 and time for making some new learning resolutions. If you are looking for what skills to acquire you’ve come to the right place. However, before we get to the list of top paying IT certifications going into 2022, let’s start off by answering the most commonly asked questions.
Why are IT certifications important? Technology changes at such a rapid pace that what is in vogue today is not tomorrow. Therefore, it is always a good idea to keep a pulse on the latest and greatest trends, so that you can upskill yourself at the right time.
Whether you are looking to jumpstart your career, improve your IT skills or grow in your current organization, certifications provide an easy path to get trained and validate your skills. For someone trying to find a new job, certifications increase the credibility of their resume. This gives an indication to the hiring manager that you are a dedicated individual and have the foresight necessary to stay ahead of industry trends. These IT certifications can help you make strides in your career by getting you access to the right networks and opportunities.
Going into 2022, not a lot has changed from 2021 when it comes to in demand skills. The skills associated with cybersecurity and cloud certifications continue to be in high demand.
How do we chose the best IT certifications? The best certifications for IT professionals are those that help you stand out from the crowd. They’re not just about passing a test, but about demonstrating your skills and knowledge in an industry-specific way.
Here at ReviewNPrep, we have compiled a list of the top IT certifications based on experience from our marketplace and analytics. We also looked at 2022 Salary Guide From Robert Half. These certifications are the ones that will give you the edge when it comes to getting hired or promoted.
So, here is the list..
Top-paying IT certifications going into 2022 We thought it would be beneficial to group the certifications based on the technology and/or type of role. So, below is the list of some important in-demand IT roles and the popular certifications associated with them.
Applications Architect Architects design the main parts of applications, including the user interface, middleware and infrastructure. This is one of the highest paying IT roles because just about every company wants to improve existing applications or create new ones. Both of these jobs would most probably involve cloud computing. The cloud market features two distinct names, i.e., Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure, as top entries in terms of cloud services provider. The top Applications Architect certifications include:

The growth in technically intricate corporate projects has brought upon a gap in the industry which needs to be addressed by project managers skilled in the updated agile methodologies. Network/Cloud Engineer Cloud engineering is associated with simplifying business problems using engineering expertise and cloud resources. The prominence of cloud engineering in regard to cloud computing validates the significance of the jobs in this field. Apart from this, the tasks related to connectivity in an organization are undertaken by network engineers who not only plan, but implement, oversee and execute computer networks. Due to a highly predictable rise in cloud computing and engineering jobs in 2022, it is safe to say that the aforementioned roles are about to grow at a tremendous pace. The top network/cloud engineer certifications include:

DevOps Engineer A DevOps Engineer is responsible for meeting all kinds of needs within a software life cycle. They streamline tasks and create an automated approach to the DevOps philosophy, practices, culture, and tools. Since everything is internet oriented in today’s day and age, it becomes paramount for the modern companies to stay up-to-date with their software deployment and infrastructure, which can only be done via an efficient DevOps methodology. A gradual change in the DevOps tools and technologies is bringing about a promising future for DevOps Engineer job roles with utmost importance attached to the application of AI/ML to the DevOps pipelines. The top DevOps Engineer certifications include:

CRM Customer relationship management (CRM) is any tool, strategy, or process that helps businesses better organize and access customer data. CRM platforms connects different departments in an organization, from marketing to sales to customer service, and organizes their notes, activities, and metrics into one cohesive system. Salesforce is by far the largest CRM provider and offers great number of certifications. The top CRM certifications include:
Check out Salesforce Admin practice exams here. Blog: Salesforce Admin Preparation Guide.
Check out Salesforce Platform App Builder practice exams here.
It is important to note that all these professional certifications needs hands-on experience for you to be successful long term.
Does it make sense to have multiple IT certifications? It is not uncommon for IT professionals to have more than one certification. Certifications not only help you gain knowledge quickly but also help you validate the skills. For example — anyone trying to learn AWS can start with AWS Cloud Practitioner and then move on to gain more advanced knowledge by undertaking AWS Associate Architect certification. In most cases, there are multiple levels to a certification skill, ranging from beginner to advanced and then specialty.
Take another use case where a person knows AWS and now wants to explore Azure. It makes logical sense to now do Azure certifications.
So, the short answer is “yes”, you can (and should) have multiple levels of certifications and in some cases maybe cross over to more than one certificate issuing authority.
Free Career-Journey Tool You can check out our Free Career Journey tool, a one-stop-shop on how to prepare for a certification and most importantly which certification is the right one for you.

Conclusion Certifications are not a replacement of your four-year degree but a complimentary knowledge base to showcase an employer that you are serious candidate when it comes to hiring. 2021.12.04 01:21 Jacklego5 For those who use the Xbox app, Riot Points are purchasable through Microsoft Rewards

For those who use the Xbox app, Riot Points are purchasable through Microsoft Rewards I couldn't find any recent posts mentioning this, but via the Microsoft rewards/Bing rewards app you can directly purchase riot points at a rate of (100 RP = 1500 points, 650 RP = 7000 points).
However Amazon gift cards are also purchasable with a $5 card being 5250 points and a 10$ card being 10,500. This is a (likely) better deal so if you're to buy RP using the reward points I would aim to buy Amazon cards.

Option 1: (1 RP per 0.066 points) Option 2: (1 RP per 0.092 points)

(1 RP per 0.1314 points under the assumption the $10 card buys 1380 RP)

2021.12.04 01:21 Troypachi Why I Stayed So Long vs Why I Am Finally Quitting

Pro: The foundation of the game is very fun. Mechanics are interesting and have enough depth to make you want to build different characters and teams.
Con: BUGS, BUGS EVERYWHERE. The strategy aspect is where the gameplay shines, but having to avoid abilities because they may crash the game, or because you don’t know whether the enemy buffs or your buffs are real, or because there might be an invisible character you didnt account for, just ruins the experience. This has been going on since I started a year ago (Thor hammer glitch) and is not getting better.
Pro: In comparison to other gacha games MSF was for the most part FTP friendly.
Con: In comparison to other gacha games MSF is far and away the worst on giving value for your dollar. I spent around 70 USD early on and feel I made very little progress. After the Valiant Orb screw up I went FTP and saw no real difference once I learned how to stretch resources and who to focus on. I spent on other gacha games and advanced way faster than I ever would on this game spending the same amount. Not trying to call out anyone who pays, your spending should be dependent on how enjoyable your gaming experience is, for me personally spending did not enhance my experience at all.
Pro: There are enough game modes to keep gameplay fresh enough to not feel repetitive.
Con: The modes force extreme amounts of screen time, specifically blitz and war. The people who had the time to spare liked the war changes, and the people who didnt, didnt. I basically got nerfed because I have a lower TCP (4m) and thus lost my effectiveness on offense by having less war ready teams. Obviously this was designed to make us spend on the idea that we either build up more teams or fall behind, one of many reasons I put the asterisk on being FTP friendly. As for blitz, the 2 hour cooldowns are awful, leading into the next point…
Pro: There are enough events to keep us engaged and give us goals to strive for.
Con: The events suck. Every new event now is blitz heavy, and coincidentally that is the mode that requires the most log ins. On top of that, having an event that makes you log in repeatedly only to hit a paywall on the milestones, is masterclass exploitation. Even after we patiently wait for the event orbs to validate our efforts, Scopely spits basic orbs on our graves. Just the fact that I can give maximum participation and clear all milestones More Than Once, but not have enough event currency to get Ikaris shards from the store, comes across so bushleague after they already set the precedent with Lady Deathstrike. And then even after we are gifted a truckload of currency, we need to spend cores to refresh the store and get the shards that are the incentive for the event.
Pro: Alliances allow us to cooperate and help each other get stronger.
Con: This is used as a blatant manipulation tactic to guilt us into spending. Gating teal gear and blue iso behind raids was just gross. I’m in a mixed TCP alliance and I feel like the players who pay have to make the concession that they will get less rewards by having me around, despite how active I am. If the rewards were unlocked through milestones, but the size of the rewards were based on total TCP or longevity, at least that would justify stronger players wanting weaker players who are active. Unfortunately the system is not about being fair, or even being subtle about the business practices.
Pro: Albeit at low stars, we have the opportunity to unlock new characters for free if we participate enough.
Con: Scopely clearly regrets this practice and the latest event sure feels like an attempt to rollback. The panic that the company felt when they released Silver Surfer seems to have worn off. It didnt take long for Scopely to rollback the gold increase by effectively raising shop prices with larger gear bundles, and they squeezed iso with war changes and doom raid changes. They want to dismantle the character release model they established, and this event is step one.
Pro: With frugal resource management, it was possible to focus on meta characters and advance content at a reasonable rate.
Con: Keyword was, this is no longer the case. I plummeted in arena rank because I cant unlock Ikaris fast enough, and when I do have him unlocked it takes several days to build him due to gold shortage. I used to be able to budget 1.2-1.5 million per day between buying gear and leveling characters, and kept a steady progression pace. Shop prices rising for orange and teal gear now forces me to choose between that or leveling at the same rate I used to. My alliance is just starting Doom, which compounds the issue because I also need characters for raids, and prepping for DD gets pushed to the back. Caring about war, or finishing Doom campaign, isnt even an option.
